She talks about "Everyone is a mirror image of yourelf---- your own thinking coming back at you. This reminds me of the Secret saying "whatever you are thinking is a perfect reflection of what is in the process of becoming.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The Work that Katie is doing is incredibly simple and makes so much sense. In my opinion it is not another self help book. Loving What Is, is a simple 4 step process that makes you realize the power of the thought process.
